A Quesnel, BC Family Farm Wedding // Carla + Eric
When Carla + Eric first contacted me to photograph their wedding up in Quesnel, BC, I’m not going to lie, I totally had to google where the heck this place was. Once I did I quick search, I found some photos of the most amazing spot, the Pinnacles Lookout, and I knew right away we had to figure out a way to get to this epic spot with mountain views, hoodoos and rugged cliffs for their first look. Eric, being a total farm kid, took things into his own hands and lined up a few quads to trek us all out to the lookout point and hooooly crap was it ever worth it. I can officially add quadding with my cameras to the list of career highlights.
Carla + Eric said ‘I do’ in front of their closest family and friends on Eric’s family farm. They had a huge white tent with tons of greenery, rustic wooden signage, a cigar bar, beer’s flowing on tap and the personal touch of moscow mules at each place setting. They had a huge backyard burger barbecue for dinner with their family horses photobombing the background of the reception.
Everything about Eric + Carla’s day was so unique and personal to them. Thanks for flying me up to your hood to capture all of these beautiful memories of your incredible day.
